Deleting Password Reset Classes
Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) classes define how each user is verified when resetting their passwords. Users in a class with more control over the system might require more detailed verification than others.
You may only delete a Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) class if the class does not have any members. You change the class of each of the members of a class with the Modify Person screen.
To delete a Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) class, open the Work with classes screen (shown in Working with Password Reset Classes), type the digit 4 in the Opt field for that class, and press the Enter key.
The Delete Class screen appears, showing the same information about the class as the Modify Class screen (ss shown in Modifying Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Classes). The information cannot be changed from this screen.
